We take great lengths to ensure your recipient receives your gift in perfect condition however, during the summer months or if your recipient is located in a warm climate, we highly recommend selecting candies instead of chocolates to prevent melting.  We cannot control the environment during transit or at the destination so we offer an ice pack/thermal envelope option for better chances of your gift arriving fresh but this DOES NOT GUARANTEE that your chocolate items will not melt.  We do not offer refunds for melted product and selecting chocolate that is going to a warm destination is at your own risk.
 
With this add-on, we will place your SnuggiSweet heart inside of an insulated envelope accompanied by a small ice pack.  This insulated envelope is then carefully placed inside the teddy bear.
