We offer a few different shipping options (per bear):​

1. USPS Standard Ground Advantage (2-5 business days): $10.95

2. UPS Ground (1-5 business days): $15.95

3. In a mega rush?  UPS Next Day Air Saver: $45.95 (shipped same day if ordered by 10am EST and arrives by end of day next business day).

 

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order (unless shipping Next Day Air).  Currently we ship within USA only.  All bears are shipped from our facility in New Jersey.

WARM CLIMATES:

We take great lengths to ensure your recipient receives your gift in great condition.  However, during the summer months or if your recipient is located in a warm climate, it is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase the ice pack/thermal envelope option during checkout.  We will place your SnuggiSweet heart inside of an insulated envelope accompanied by a small ice pack.  This insulated envelope is then carefully placed inside the teddy bear.  This does NOT GUARANTEE that your chocolate items will not melt but it does help prevent it.  We suggest selecting candy items only instead of chocolates if you are concerned about melting.  Except in cases where the shipping carrier caused delays in delivery or damage to your parcel, we do not offer refunds.​
