We take great lengths to ensure your recipient receives your gift in perfect condition however, during the summer months or if your recipient is located in a warm climate, we highly recommend selecting candies instead of chocolates to prevent melting. We cannot control the environment during transit or at the destination so we offer an ice pack/thermal envelope option for better chances of your gift arriving fresh but this DOES NOT GUARANTEE that your chocolate items will not melt. We do not offer refunds for melted product and selecting chocolate that is being shipped to a warm destination is at your own risk.
If your parcel arrived damaged (we will require proof & images prior to package being opened) or if you selected Next Day Air Saver and it was not delivered on time, please contact us.
