**Our facility only ships on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays - we do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays and this is to prevent your parcel from sitting in a hot shipping warehouse over the weekend. We ship our bears via "UPS 2nd Day Air" delivery. We do not ship to PO Box addresses. If you select our expedited service "UPS Next Day Air Saver" shipping option by 10am EST, we will ship your item the same day and you may place your order as late as Thursday (10am EST) for delivery on Friday.
Please allow 2 business days to process your order (unless shipping Next Day Air). Currently we ship within USA only. All bears are shipped from our facility in New Jersey via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver (add'l fee).
**WARM CLIMATES:
WARM CLIMATE NOTE: We take great lengths to ensure your recipient receives your gift in good condition. During the summer months or when we must ship to a warm climate, we place our SnuggiSweet hearts inside of an insulated envelope accompanied by a small ice pack. This insulated envelope is then carefully placed inside the teddy bear. This process is to help prevent your sweet treats from melting during its 2-day transit (although not guaranteed). All bears are shipped using 2nd Day Air with UPS and it is recommended that the recipient is home to receive the parcel upon delivery to prevent melting. Our shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays (this is to prevent delivery delays over the weekend).

UPS 2nd Day Air: $15.95
UPS Next Day Air Saver: $45.95 (shipped same day if ordered by 10am EST, as late as Thursday)
